We are looking for a Test and Quality Engineer to be part of our R&D team in Oslo. In this position you will be instrumental in making sure the products we sell meet our customers' expectations from a quality perspective - every single time.

We are looking for a methodical, hardworking and results-oriented Hardware Test and Quality Engineer.
Some of your expected responsibilities:
- Performing end-to-end manual and automatic testing of Products and software services
- Taking ownership for quality processes such as Hardware or Firmware release processes.
- Troubleshooting devices for possible FW or Hardware faults
- Taking care of hardware change management towards manufacturing partners
- Analyzing test results and optimizing tests
- Testing web applications and apps

Key qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering or physics.
- Entry level to 5 years of experience in development/design/test of electronic devices.
- Experience with Python, RF and electronics testing and measurement, troubleshooting, process management, statistical analysis.
- A strong analytical and methodical approach, detail oriented.
- Being able to work in an evidence and data driven environment, documenting the evidence in detail, visualizing them and drawing conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Hardware design tools such as Altium and Cadence is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in embedded programming is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in sensor technology and application is a plus
