The job

Order Fulfillment is a cornerstone to our entire company and a platform for learning the ins and outs of the business.

• Securing the delivery on contract obligations

• Client dialogue

• Important part of securing the long-term relationship with large corporate clients around the world

• Managing existing client commitments.

• Onboarding new clients.

• Manage client data.

• Invoicing.

• Certificate sourcing.

The responsibilities

• Contract management, from setting up new contracts to delivering on existing agreements.

• KYC processes with new and existing clients.

• Delivery of Energy Attribute Certificate according to contract.

• Preparations for invoicing of deliveries.

• Drive onboarding of new clients: Renewable energy producers, production plants, corporate energy buyers, and electricity retailers.

• Maintenance of master data on renewable energy producers, production plants, corporate energy buyers, and electricity retailers.

• Keep data on the production of renewable energy up to date: production plans, and mandates.

• Prepare and collect data for energy attribute certificate audit documentation and single claim documentation.

• Certificate account management.

The person

• Experience in complex logistics and coordination, e-commerce, freight forwarder or accounting is a good background for this job.

• Has an ay for details and precision.

• Strong problem solving, independent decision-making and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to prioritize and recognize the most time-sensitive tasks.

• The ideal candidate will draw on industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.

• Outgoing, sense of ownership, and a self-starter drive.

• Team-oriented mindset. Becour has a very flat organizational structure and mobilizing and involving the rest of the team is key to success.

• Strong interpersonal skills and likes to build relationships.

• Fearless and proactive, not afraid to make mistakes.

• Able to work efficiently in virtual teams with a digital working environment.

The formal qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills.

• 5 years of experience or more.

• Bachelors degree.

• Personal suitability and experience can replace requirements for education.
