Planner Kongsberg Gruppen Maritime - Global Customer Support

As a Workshop Planner you will be part of our production and planning team in the service workshop in Ulsteinvik. The service workshop performs thruster and propeller overhauls and upgrades, and serves a dynamic, worldwide market with short time frames and rapid changes.

Key accountabilities

• Lead projects in the workshop from handover sales meeting to actual delivery
• Project monitoring and follow up in coordination with production and contract department
• Plan and coordinate activities across global workshops
• Coordination with warehouse, purchasing, machining and technical department
• Responsible for spare part requirements, QC documentation and subcontracting
• Provide delivery times and cost prices to the sales department

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant degree or experience from production planning and control
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment
• Good ERP understanding and skilled in MS office
• Fluency in English and Norwegian language is a requirement
