Job Description
We seek a Senior Advisor to support in the handling of cases that are reported to the Corporate Audit Department through Statkraft’s Reporting Channel. Corporate Audit is an independent function that assists the Board of Directors and Management in assessing whether Statkraft’s most significant risks are sufficiently managed and controlled. Corporate Audit is responsible for managing reported concerns in Statkraft, and for conducting internal investigations when required.
Further, Corporate Audit enhances and protects the organizational value and improves operations by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight related to governance, risk management, and internal control. Corporate Audit is a key contributor to continuous improvements.
As Senior Advisor in Corporate Audit you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Vice President Reported Concerns in the handling of reported concerns and in managing Statkraft’s Reporting Channel
- Contribute to the maintenance, improvement, and development of Corporate Audit’s framework for handling of reported concerns
- Be in charge of further developing training material and roll out in the company
- Support and oversee data relating to reporting, including Statkraft’s annual report
In the role, you will have the opportunity to engage with corporate and senior management across business and staff areas, technologies, and geographies. The position also gives exposure to diverse cultures and a broad perspective of Statkraft as a global organization. The role is a full-time position and reports to the Vice President Reported Concerns.
Qualifications
- University degree in law, business administration or any other related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from corporate investigations in an international company, consultancy, or similar / equivalent
- Outstanding writing skills in English
- Formal skills and/or proven experience from interviewing
- Either formal skills or proven experience within project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellence in stakeholder management
- Good business understanding from an international company
- Experience with IT tools, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (experience in using SAP is an advantage)
- CFE-certification is an advantage
