You will be responsible for discrete project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction, through management of project related activities.
As a Discrete Onshore Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit.
- Proving capability to build and maintain customer relationships across various technology areas.
- Showing a collaborative attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with numerous stakeholders and partners.
- Ensuring project implementation, as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
- Monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensures other functions/Customers have access to accurate current reports and projections
- Understanding broader concepts, development of approaches and methods, and knowledge management. Solutions integrate multi-functional impact and perspective.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a BSc or Relevant Vocational Studies - ideally within Well Services
- Experience in Sales Strategy within relevant Product Line
- Have you will have English and Norwegian language Skills
- Experience in Project Planning
