You will be responsible for discrete project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction, through management of project related activities.
As a Discrete Onshore Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit.
Proving capability to build and maintain customer relationships across various technology areas.
Showing a collaborative attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with numerous stakeholders and partners.
Ensuring project implementation, as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
Monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensures other functions/Customers have access to accurate current reports and projections
Understanding broader concepts, development of approaches and methods, and knowledge management. Solutions integrate multi-functional impact and perspective.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BSc or Relevant Vocational Studies - ideally within Well Services
Experience in Sales Strategy within relevant Product Line
Have you will have English and Norwegian language Skills
Experience in Project Planning
