As a crewmember onboard one of our vessels you will be part of a multi-national team composed of highly motivated individuals with a wide range of skills and a practical mindset.
As an observer working on a five week on and five week off schedule, you will be part of the team that acquires marine seismic data for our clients. Observers ensure the data acquisition and recording of seismic data. They are responsible for all the in-sea recording equipment which can compromise up to 120 km of towed streamers. In addition they also lead the deployment and recovery of the streamers from the vessel’s back-deck, as well as maintenance and troubleshooting often performed from a small purpose made boat.
We are looking for candidates with either a formal degree or relevant vocational education or the right practical experience. Specifically:
- A degree in electronics, mechatronics, automation, computer science or similar;
- Or a relevant vocational or technical education;
- Or relevant offshore experience.
