Job Description:
Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)
Implement and operationalize new agreements
Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs
Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers
Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company
Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements)
Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO)
Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent Qualities
Dedicated, proactive candidates who can undertake tasks by involving stakeholders, being cost-conscious, caring for sustainability and being a caring colleague.
Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage.
English and Norwegian
Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
