Customer Advisor in Airline Business - Norwegian speaker
- Providing full support to our customers - world-known airlines (e.g. Air France-KLM)
- Phone and email communication with passengers in the area of luggage claims and compensations- incoming calls
- Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures
- Working with special airline applications
Skills required:
- Norwegian speaker with advanced level of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide perfect customer service
- Professional attitude, punctuality, reliability and responsibility
- Time flexibility (working on shifts)
Working hours and place of work: 40 hours/ week; Prague, Czech Republic
Contract type: Permanent
Starting date: 9/12
Salary: 28,000CZK=1080EUR=8850NOK gross/month
