Frontline Management AS, a subsidiary of Frontline Ltd., is responsible for providing technical management services to Frontline Ltd. and the other related companies Frontline 2012 Ltd., Golden Ocean Group Limited, Ship Finance Ltd., Knightsbridge Tankers, ITCL and Seatankers and has its office at Aker Brygge, Oslo. Frontline Ltd. has a management office/representation in
Singapore.

The current fleet on the water is; 139 ships, a combination of crude oil and product tankers, bulk carriers, car carriers and container ships. The group has about 60 newbuilding contracts for
delivery from today till end 2017.

Frontline Management AS subcontracts day-to-day ship management to external third party management companies located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Glasgow, Hamburg, Kuala
Lumpur, etc. Frontline Management AS relies extensively on outsourcing management functions to independent ship managers. However, it is a Frontline policy to maintain an experienced
organization to follow up technical and operational issues to ensure that the Company provides first class service to our customers. Due to fleet expansion and development of succession plan,
the Company is in the process of recruiting shipping executives who can contribute taking us a step further.
Fleet Manager

Om stillingen
We are seeking Fleet Manager(s), preferably with hands-on experience from ship operations to strengthen our organization in Oslo. The Fleet Manager position will be responsible for day-today follow up of 1-2 external ship manager(s) and is reporting to Technical Director.

Main responsibilities:
- Evaluation of external ship managers, strengths and weaknesses, audits
- Advise and guide ship managers on group policies and standards
- Control and verification of ship performance
- Verification of vessel condition and safety standards
- Ship inspections in port, attend dry-dockings and repairs
- Budget, cost control, cost analysis and quarterly reporting
- Participate in Frontline¿s emergency team
- Participate in Frontline¿s QualitySafety campaign and conferences
- Contribute at Ship Manager¿s officers conferences

Qualifications
We are seeking persons with technical/nautical education, experience from operation of tankers, bulk carriers or container ships, possessing in-depth and sound understanding and knowledge of technical, operational and commercial issues.

Applicants must be able to work independently, possess managerial skills and a commercial attitude. Computer proficiency and fluency in English are required. Extensive travel must be expected.
