Job description:
As a sushi chef at Hanami, your main objective is to offer a high standard of Japanese fusion cooking. You have to work effectively, but impeccably, while maintaining strict brand standards and food hygiene standards.
Traits/qualifications:
- At least three years experience as a sushi chef
- Excellent knife skills and food preparation skills
- Excellent precision
- Quality conscious, detail oriented an thorough
- Creative and motivated
- Good English skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- You must be scrupulous in your work
