Skytjenesteansvarlig til IT-avdelingens infrastrukturseksjon Tolletaten skal styrke kompetansen i vårt Microsoft 365-team for å kunne levere i henhold til etatens skystrategi, samt generelt styrke vår forvaltnings- og leveringskraft innen IT-infrastruktur og -plattformtjenester. I stillingen vil du få ansvaret for den helhetlige driften og forvaltningen av etatens skyløsning levert av Microsoft (Azure og Microsoft 365).    Oppgaver:  drift og forvaltning av vår Microsoft 365-plattform, samt integrasjoner mot interne og eksterne tjenester  ansvar for videreutvikling av etatens team for Microsoft 365  planlegging, gjennomføring og dokumentasjon i samsvar med strategi- og arkitekturbeslutninger  gjøre kostnadsestimater og “what-if”-analyser i forbindelse med innføring av nye tjenester og endringer på eksisterende tjenester  lage gode beslutningsunderlag   delta i utviklingsprosjekter som ekspert innenfor fagområdet og samtidig på vegne av hele driftsorganisasjonen.     Kvalifikasjoner:  høyere relevant utdanning fra høyskole/universitet på bachelor- eller mastergradsnivå. Manglende formell utdanning kan delvis kompenseres for ved lang relevant erfaring   minimum 3 års erfaring med drift og forvaltning av Office365 og Microsoft serverteknologi, fortrinnsvis i større miljøer og/eller organisasjoner  minimum 1-2 års erfaring med hybride skyløsninger  erfaring med Microsoft Active Directory og ADFS  erfaring med automatisering/scripting i PowerShell   erfaring med kostnadsestimering av infrastruktur  god muntlig og skriftlig fremstillingsevne, både på norsk og engelsk    Du bør også ha erfaring innen ett eller flere av disse områdene:  virtualiseringsteknologier  PKI og sertifikater  automatisering av levering av utviklingsmiljøer  jobbe i team basert på smidige metoder  integrasjon med eksterne parter    Vi ser etter deg som:  kan formidle krevende temaer enkelt og med faglig tyngde, resultatorientert og med god gjennomføringsevne   kan tenke langsiktig midt i en operativ hverdag   er brukerorientert og med god forretningsforståelse  har evne til å forstå helhet innen IT-infrastruktur   har evne til å ta ansvar og lede team   er en tillitsvekkende person som fungerer godt som rådgiver i brukermøter med faglige presentasjoner av løsninger    Vi tilbyr:   lønn som rådgiver/seniorrådgiver etter statens regulativ kr 605 500 – 765 000 avhengig av kvalifikasjoner.
