At Sitel's office in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Product Specialist to join our team of excellent customer service advisors providing support on some of the best products within treatment of diabetes. Our client is a global company who is leading in the diabetes health care industry.
To complement the quality of our client's products, we are looking for the best Product Specialist to ensure that the queries of the customers are handled efficiently, according to all standards, and with a smile.
As Product Specialist, you will be the link between the customer service advisors, customers, and management, monitoring all aspects of the workflow and focusing on ongoing improvements.
At all times, you will comply with our client's code of conduct and fully live up to the moral codex of both our client and Sitel.
The Tasks
As Product Specialist it is essential to always help customer service advisors improve by listening to their calls, give feedback, and help manage quality. You will be responsible for training and coaching the team, ensuring KPIs are met, and that the quality of each call exceeds the highest possible standards.
Your daily work will focus on the team and each customer service advisor meeting KPIs and being compliant with standards and values of the client and Sitel. Furthermore, you will have an important role in ensuring that all internal procedures are described and followed.
As the position is with a client handling medical products, it is essential that you are extremely process oriented and that you have an eye for detail.
The ideal candidate

- I have previously worked in a contact center or within customer service - and I loved it.
- My communicative skills are second to none and I speak Danish, Finish, Swedish or Norwegian and I am fluent in English.
- I have a proven record as a product specialist and worked with quality control in the call centre business.
- I enjoy sharing my knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a simple language.
- Every day I strive to be the best and I do my utmost in all aspects of my work.
Above all, an extremely important criterion for being considered for this position is your vast experience with reporting in the call centre business as ongoing focus on performance, evaluations, and improvements are the very core of the business.
