Our fantastic Head of Business Performance Clarion Collection has moved on to a new opportunity in Nordic Choice Hotels Group Finance, and therefore we are looking for her replacement. The role reports to Director of Business Performance at Nordic Choice Hotels and will be a part of both Nordic Choice Hotel's Business Performance team and Clarion Collections Hotel's Operational Management Team. The Head of Business Performance works close in matrix with the Senior Vice President of Clarion Collection Hotel to enhance business performance.

THE JOB

The Head of Business Performance's key tasks include driving Nordic Choice Hotel's company values through performance measurement by leading and developing operations KPIs across Clarion Collection. You report to Director of Business Performance Nordic Choice Hotels, and you are the right hand to The Senior Vice President of Clarion Collection Hotel. As a member of the Management Team, you play a key role in implementing the strategy. You will enhance the business performance of the hotels by identifying areas of improvement, propose, and hands on implementation of solutions.

Other tasks:

• Perform Monthly reporting and performance analysis for Clarion Collection Hotels
• Drive target-, strategy- and forecasting processes for Clarion Collection Hotels within Group guidelines in tight collaboration with operational management team
• Ensure that business performance knowledge is shared by facilitating benchmarking workshops with hotels, spreading competence and motivating stakeholders to improve results
• Follow up each hotel locally and provide hands on assistance to the General Managers
• Support with ad hoc analysis and assignments for Vice President, Clarion Collection Management Team and/ or Group Finance
• Acquire super user skills and ensure correct setup of hotel systems in order to ensure good quality of data
• Build standard reports to hotels and chain operations in relevant tools (e.g. Excel and Power BI)
• Be responsible for driving prioritized improvement projects on Clarion Collection and/or Group level

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Track record from controlling / business operation or another position that has given you great analytical skills and stakeholder management experience
• Experience in systems and finance tools such as PMI, Navision, MS Office package and Google Docs and Google Sheets is a benefit
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in a Scandinavian languages and English (spoken and written)
• Proven analytical skills and hands-on attitude
• You are proactive, innovative and think outside the box
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, committed and high- performance driven, target-oriented and able to motivate people for results
