To deliver on this we are building two dream teams to revolutionize commercial distribution, a Leisure Sales team and a Travel Distributors & TMC team. We are searching for a Head of Leisure Sales to help the team deliver outstanding commercial results while moving this large segment into a digital world. The role requires a combination of strategic and tactical thinking, an analytical mind, client account management and team play.

You manage the delicate task of coaching a team of experts, while at the same time having a clear vision of how to develop your segment to improve sales.

Experience:You are a leader with strong and documented commercial results. You are used to working in ever-evolving organizations and leading or working in cross functional teams. You understand the commercial opportunities in a digital B2B world and is curious about what comes next. Experience from the travel industry is a plus.
What You will do:
- Lead and coach a team of dedicated Key Account Managers
- You will be hands on running several large accounts yourself
- Continuously analyzing and tweaking the strategy for your segment in a rapidly changing world
- Keep up to date on trends, technology and processes related to your segment
- Push the organization to develop and implement digital sales solutions and automate administration for your segment. When needed, you will be hands on in the implementation
- Establish and lead cross functional teams when necessary to reach above objectives
