Quality Tranby and Projects Norway East is responsible for quality activities for Greenfield Engineering & Procurement projects and Subsea production system projects. We are now looking for a Project Engineer/Lead for our Greenfield projects (Topside) with a good quality and auditing background to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

The Project Quality Engineer/Lead will be part of the Quality Management and Improvement team in the Greenfield projects (Topside)

Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that all operations in the project are executed
• Ensure and control the implementation of project specific requirements into the project processes
• Establish and maintain the project's Quality Plan and the Audit and Verification Program
• Ensure the implementation of PEM (Project Execution Model) and Lessons Learned processes in the project
• Facilitate and drive continuous improvement in the project
• Manage Quality Deviations in the project
• Update and maintain Product Assurance Register (PAR) - internal audit and verification tool
• Evaluation and follow up of supplier packages and internal project verification activities
• Perform quality audits, reviews and spot checks to verify the proper functioning of Operating system (procedures, work instructions and guidelines)
• Training of project personnel in Quality principles and tools
• Focus on and contribute to a quality mind-set within the overall organization

Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

• Degree in Engineering/ Management or similar
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Relevant Quality qualifications - e.g. Quality Diploma, Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in lead positions is preferred
• Excellent communications skills
• Energetic, pro-active & structured
