You will join the Group function “Finance & IT”, which leads NCC´s strategic development and major change programs in the business. Finance & IT is NCC’s development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization with 140+ employees working together closely under one common management. Your role and responsibilities
The role of a business analytics architect is that of a visionary leader in an organization. A business analytics architect roles and responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing on the organizational business analytics strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes both developing and maintaining analytic capabilities, enablement of data, governance, and empowerment of analytic roles to become a data informed organization.
Furthermore, as a business analytics architect, you will express strategic requirements, outlines high-level designs to meet those requirements, and align with enterprise strategy, target architecture and related business architecture.
A business analytics architect understands the business needs and creates design-guidelines for scaling value creation with business analytics in line with business strategy. The business analytics architect also defines the processes involved in developing, testing, and maintaining the business analytics platform
In this position you will
Identify the best architecture to realize a technical solution to deliver on business use cases.
Coordinating and collaborating with other cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Managing end-to-end business analytics architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution.
Planning and execution of solutions for different types of analytic use cases including enterprise reporting, self-service reporting, and advanced analytics.
Be a part of the analytics community and empower members of the analytic community with knowledge is in scope of this role.
Your profile
We believe that you have an Academic degree in IT and have good knowledge of work processes in large companies. You have several years of experience from the Business analytics architecture area. Hands on experience from developing business analytics solutions. Business analytics enterprise and solution architecture since these roles are key collaborators, Data modelling, Microsoft Azure technology/services for business analytics
You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written. Meritorious with experience from Archimate and Sparx EA
NCC is currently in the phase of building up our future Analytics platform based on Microsoft components.

Additional information
This position can be in any of our major cities in the Nordics, but you will be working closely with our stakeholders located at our office in Stockholm, Sweden. The position may require some travelling within the Nordic countries, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
