Om lærlingordningen

Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA er offentlig godkjent lærebedrift og kan tilby spennende og meget allsidige læreplasser i reiselivsfaget. Lærlingtiden ligger på 2 - 3,5 år, avhengig av tidligere fag, skoler og arbeidserfaring. De som har tatt Salg og Service får den korteste læretiden.

Om lærlingprogrammet i Norwegian
Læretiden i Norwegian er inndelt i moduler som kort kan beskrives slik:

Stasjonsavdelingen: Denne modulen gir allsidig og grundig innføring i alt som er relatert til bakketjenester i forbindelse med avvikling av flytrafikk. Lærlingen blir bl.a. fullt opplært og sertifisert til å bruke innsjekk- og gatesystemer. Lærlinger som har gjennomført denne modulen vil være kompetent til å arbeide på innsjekk, arbeide på gate, hjelpe kunder i en skrankesituasjon og meget vel yte god passasjerservice i en normal så vel som en uregelmessig situasjon.

Kontaktsenteret: I løpet av tiden på kontaktsenteret får lærlingen grundig opplæring i og god erfaring med selskapets systemer for booking og salg. Lærlingene får også grundig opplæring i det verdensomspennende bookingsystemet Amadeus.

Salg og marked: I denne modulen skal lærlingen få opplæring i å kunne presentere en sak eller et produkt. Lærlingen skal også få god forståelse og kjennskap til salgs- og markedsstrategier og målgrupper, kunne være med å utforme og gjennomføre reklamekampanjer, messer med mer.
Grunntrening – kabin: Den enkelte lærling skal tilegne seg nødvendig og myndighetspålagt kompetanse for å kunne arbeide som kabinbesetning om bord i våre fly av typen Boeing 737.

Kabin: Denne omfattende modulen gir lærlingen allsidig og mye erfaring innen direkte kundeservice om bord i våre fly. Lærlingen jobber i denne modulen som inkludert del av kabinbesetningen om bord.

Utenlandsopphold: I denne modulen bor lærlingen i en større europeisk by. Lærlingen skal her i tillegg til relaterte prosjektoppgaver, tilegne seg kunnskaper og erfaringer når det gjelder det å jobbe og bo i utlandet. Selskapet ordner med bolig.

Kvalifikasjoner
• Bestått videregående skole.
• Gode engelskkunnskaper.
• Plettfri vandel.
• Gode svømmeferdigheter.
• God helse.
• Nedre aldersgrense: 19 år
• Minimumshøyde 1,60 (på grunn av sikkerhetsmessige hensyn)

Læretiden gjennomføres i Oslo/Akershus og avsluttes med en fagprøve innen reiselivsfaget. Ved bestått fagprøve får man tittelen reiselivsmedarbeider. Søkere som ikke har bestått samtlige fag fra den videregående skole vil ikke bli vurdert.
