We’ve designed the Shell Assessed Internship with you and your future career in mind. To give you a real role in our business. As one of our Assessed Interns, your leader and mentor guide you through the completion of a major project with clear deliverables and outcomes.
Work on real projects
• You make an impact and gain hands-on experience in a project that contributes to the current and future energy mix
• In one way or another, your work facilitates us in carrying out our purpose and meeting our targets
Top support to bring out your best
• A clear on-boarding process empowers you to familiarise yourself with Shell and its various businesses
• You experience a culture of care from leaders who coach and support your wellbeing, enabling you to reach your personal and professional best
• Grow, develop and collaborate with your global peers and Shell management in various networking events
How an Assessed Internship works
• After you’ve been placed, you, your mentor and your supervisor agree on which project you will undertake and on your specific development goals
• Your mentor and supervisor provide you with regular and structured feedback – a kind of temperature check – throughout your internship
• You participate in a formal mid-term review and an End of Internship Review with your mentor and supervisor
• Following your successful completion of the assessments, we might be in the position to offer you a full-time employment opportunity
