Group O&M has a group-wide responsibility to define requirements, processes and guidelines on how to conduct O&M in Statkraft and to review the implementation of these. Group O&M delivers standardized services that enable Statkraft to capture value from synergies and provides expertise support to business units in both the development and operational phases.Job DescriptionWe are now looking for a Wind Drivetrain / Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team.Your role as wind drive train specialist:Develop and maintain specialist competence within the wind turbine drivetrain area and represent Statkraft’s leading competence within this area.Develop and secure common principals for drivetrain condition monitoring.Develop and maintain technical requirement specifications for wind turbine drivetrain and condition monitoring.Establish, develop and manage DMT Wind (Discipline Management Team)Support learning feedback, provide risk analysis and tools for improving and level operations through standardization and documented best practice.Specify and deliver Group O&M support and services to operations and projects based on systematic organization of technical information, operational data, experience and technical competence.Provide analysis and preparations to meet end of warranty periods.Shape, monitor and review global O&M governance and strategies for relevant technical wind disciplines.Develop the wind discipline through value driven innovation, research and development.QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced engineer with essential skills within wind power and condition monitoring:MSc/BSc wind turbine technologies, mechanical or electro technical engineering with relevant professional experience.Experience within condition monitoring and assessment of wind turbine drivetrains, preferably including being a certified vibration analyst.Relevant experience from wind farm operations or operational support.Strong ability to combine ICT-skills and wind power technology knowledge.Experience from training, teaching and presenting technical topics.Strong HSSE understanding and commitment.High integrity and ethical values.Commercial and analytical mindset.Project management experienceWilling to use new technology and digital tools as a way of working with focus on continuous improvement.Active communicator with good networking skills and with the flexibility, ability and willingness to collaborate across units.English and a Scandinavian language fluency is preferred. Language skills in German or Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage. As Statkraft owns and/or operates assets in Europe, South America and Asia, flexibility to travel for shorter periods in these geographies is required. Fagarbeider-trainee
Statkraft ønsker å være en ledende virksomhet i kompetanseutvikling av fagarbeidere i energibransjen. Traineeprogrammet for fagarbeidere er et viktig verktøy for å nå våre ambisjoner, og for å tiltrekke oss nye talenter. I dag er vedlikehold av våre kraftstasjoner mer enn bare «passiv mekking» på utstyr. Det er «optimal mekking», hvor nye begreper er innført og det tradisjonelle vedlikeholdet er utvidet til å ta i bruk nye planleggingsverktøy. I denne sammenhengen utfordres du som fagarbeider til å ta aktivt del i løpende tilstandsvurderinger, noe som krever større kunnskap om komponenter og vedlikeholdsteori. Fast ansettelse Som fagarbeider-trainee i Statkraft blir du fast ansatt i en av våre kraftverksgrupper, hvor du vil fortsette å arbeide etter at programmet er fullført. Perioden som trainee går over 2 år, og i løpet av denne perioden får du teoretisk opplæring ved siden av praktisk arbeidserfaring. Praksisdelen består av deltakelse i løpende drift og prosjekter i egen eller andre kraftverksgrupper, eller sammen med firmaer som gjør oppdrag for Statkraft. Et eksempel på slikt arbeid er byggingen av ny stator i Svartisen kraftverk i Nordland, hvor traineene gjorde det meste av jobben med blikkpakken. Flere teoriemner Teoridelen er tilknyttet Høyskolen i Narvik, som gjennomfører 7 teoriemner knyttet til relasjonsteori og fagteori som er spesialdesignet for Statkrafts virksomhet. Programmet er også utvidet med teknisk engelsk. Denne teoridelen gir deg i tillegg til verdifull kunnskap også 30 studiepoeng. Gjennom programmet får du økt kunnskap om vedlikehold, organisasjon og ledelse, prosjektorganisering, nettdrift, produksjonsplanlegging, vern og maskinteknikk, før du  igjen tiltrer stillingen i kraftverksgruppen. Utover det rent faglige fokuserer vi også på din personlige kompetanseutvikling, og vi ser at programmet bidrar til at trainee’ene blir tryggere og bedre rustet til det arbeidet de går tilbake til. Programmet gir deg også en økt helhetsforståelse for Statkrafts virksomhet og hvordan vi er organisert.

Statkrafts sommerprosjekt
Statkrafts sommerprosjekt er en spennende utfordring. Du får jobbe med viktige problemstillinger, samtidig som du blir kjent med Statkraft som en fremtidig arbeidsgiver. Prosjektet er tverrfaglig, og er rettet mot studenter fra og med tredje studieår. Deltagerne jobber i team, med veileder fra Statkraft og profesjonell oppfølging. Avslutningsvis skal studentene presentere arbeidet for Statkrafts konsernledelse. Varigheten av prosjektet er cirka ni uker, normalt med oppstart i midten av juni. Deltakerne blir betalt i henhold til en fast lønn for student internshipstillinger. Inntaket til Statkrafts sommerprosjekt lyses ut i egen stillingsannonse hvert år.

Lærlinger
Lærlinger utgjør en betydelig del av arbeidskraften i Statkraft. Vi har faktisk som mål at hele 5-10% av fagarbeiderne skal være lærlinger.Vi er på utkikk etter deg som har Vg2 innenfor elektrofag, teknikk og industriell produksjon. Lærlingplasser finnes over hele landet.    Hva kan du forvente? Praktisk erfaring som en del av Statkrafts daglige virksomhet Du får en faglig ansvarlig som skal følge deg i hele din tid som lærling, og som er ansvarlig for å sikre at lærlingtiden din følger en oppsatt fagplan Du får en fadder Gode betingelser Mulighet for fast jobb etter lærlingtiden Kvalifikasjoner og motivasjon ligger til grunn for opptak som lærling i Statkraft. Det kreves et godt teoretisk grunnlag. Personlige egenskaper er viktige, og vi vektlegger at lærlingene er ansvarsbevisste og omgjengelige. Bli energioperatør Du kan bli ekspert på kraftverk! Energioperatørfaget ble til på initiativ fra bransjen, og er direkte knyttet til drift og vedlikehold av kraftverk. Faget er ment som et supplement til de mer tradisjonelle fagene som energimontør og industrimekaniker. Statkraft samarbeider med Troms Fagprøvesenter og Sogndal Vidaregåande skule om etterutdanning til energioperatørfaget. Fagarbeidere som har et elektrorelatert fagbrev fra før tilbys en ettårig videreutdanning, og medarbeidere med andre typer fagbrev, eller ufaglærte, får et toårig opplegg
