All teams work closely with the business and staff areas in Statkraft and gain insight into the company’s business across all areas and geographies.Job DescriptionThe role Head of People Service Excellence will report to VP HR Global People Experiences and have responsibility to develop, deliver and improve global processes and shared services expertise. You now have the opportunity to take a leading role in establishing common ways of working globally in Statkraft HR, combining a global mindset with local adaptation and our people first vision!Your roleYou will lead a team of geographically dispersed resources providing service management and ownership of global HR processesInitiate, build and sustain productive relationships with business stakeholders and internal delivery partners, leading them towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritizationEmbody the “People First” vision through developing and improving global experiences and ensure necessary local adaptations.Responsibility for global process ownership and for an important role in gaining control of processes and vendor contracts globally within the scopeGuide and lead the business in following the “Global First” vision developing, implementing and improving global processes, and ensure necessary local adaptations within the Global People Experiences scopeSubject matter expertise on service management; service strategy , service design, service catalogue, service finance, SLA, governance, Customer relations, Vendor and Contract Management etc.Ensure Statkraft has data and insight from HR processes and services, including compliance control and KPIsAbout youWe are looking for someone with a proven track record leading the delivery of people focused services in a matrix organization with global operations and stakeholders. That includes knowledge in:5-8 years experience working with global processes and service management within shared services or other service organizationsEncouraging team play and collaboration as a part of realizing an overall visionStakeholder management and communication capabilities, in large/medium-sized international organisations with matrix organization & global operationsUnderstanding of digitalization and technology and how to collaborate with technology teams to improve efficiency and work processesExperience in setting up and maintaining agreements and relationships with vendors and internal partners to ensure successful deliveriesChange management in complex organizationsManaging risks and prioritizing mitigating actionsWhat we offer
