Your work-life REALITY starts with Danske Bank's Graduate programme. An exciting work environment, projects, challenges and sometimes a real HOT SEAT. You will join an 18-month programme with three rotations including one international rotation. Grow and develop your talents and gain an international network and senior management exposure.

Software Engineering Graduates

Are you a talented and ambitious software engineer looking for the perfect start to your career? Join Danske Bank’s 18-months Graduate Programme and get the chance to develop your software engineering skills in an inspiring community of 2.500 IT Professionals.

Become a part of a team that provides innovative digital solutions to help customers be financially confident and achieve their ambitions by making daily banking and important financial decisions easy.

Finance & Economics raduates

As a Finance & Economics Graduate you have opportunities in multiple units and different areas of specialization. Through challenging work and collaboration with senior experts, you will contribute to our ambition to become the most trusted financial partner.

Business Innovation  raduates

As a Business Innovation Graduate your focus will be operations management or business development. You will get hands-on challenges and contribute to the development of leading, innovative solutions that make daily banking and financial decisions easy.
