Responsibilities

As technical project manager you will be part of a project team performing engineering tasks for subsea systems deliveries to the Subsea- and Offshore marked, both domestic and international.

• Ensuring timely execution of all technical activities in accordance with the budget, overall plan, milestones, standard technical solutions and Siemens Oil & Gas QA system
• Responsibility for HSSE, Quality and Risk within engineering activities
• Responsibility for both external and internal interfaces
• Responsibility for internal multidiscipline technical reviews on every package
• Establishment and maintenance of multidiscipline engineering registers and documents
• Approval of design and scope changes
• Enforce and encourage knowledge transfer
• Regular participation in Project Management team with respect to planning and, resourcing as well as technical questions
• Responsibility for all internal technical communication flow.
• Participation in bid preparation and contract negotiations

Qualifications

We are looking for a team player with the ability to work independent and with good communication skills. Knowledge of current relevant regulations and rules is and advantage. Position require good knowledge of the English language both written and verbally. You have a Bachelor- or Master of sciences degree within engineering, mechanical, electronics, SW, hydraulics and interest for integrated subsea systems.

Competence requirements

• Bachelor- or Master of sciences degree (or similar)
• Minimum 5 years of experience within engineering in oil & gas is an advantage (not absolute)
• Experience related to subsea controls systems and mechanical subsea equipment and structures
• Capable of technical management in medium and large size projects
• Enterprising, willing to take on a challenge and results-oriented
