The graduate positions are placed across the Aker Solutions organization within different parts of our product and project units at our Norwegian locations. Positions vary between being technical and hands-on in nature, and more people oriented working towards clients, suppliers, and/or teams internally. You will be offered introductory courses, relevant on the job learning, as well as a buddy to help you get "up and running" within our teams.
