We currently have an opening for a Program Manager at our HQ in Kongsberg. The Program Manager will bring various products and/or systems from strategic identification to running production and will report directly to Vice President Programs Powertrain & Chassis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management, planning and co-ordination of the project deliverables
• Responsible for meeting the product cost targets and performance
• Responsible for meeting internal targets and run projects according to applicable quality standards
• Overview and control of time schedule and budget
• Establish relationships with the customers on necessary levels and ensure customer satisfaction
• Day to day contact towards the customers along with a sales and design responsibility
• Coordinate all cross-functional teams in the project including purchase and operations

Qualifications & skills:

• Relevant Bachelor/Master degree
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a program manager, preferably in the
  automotive industry or equivalent.
• Excellent English written and oral skills. Norwegian skills would be regarded as an advantage.
• Ability to think clearly and react effectively under pressure while remaining focused on key objectives and strategies.

The job may involve travel to other countries and KA locations as required.
