RESPONSIBILITIES SUPPORT OFFICER HEADQUARTERS NORWAY
Your daily work may vary from day to day depending on the needs from the customers.
Being there for your colleagues/customers and make sure their technical equipment is working.
As Support Officer, your main responsibilities are:
Supporting incidents- Windows/Citrix/Mac
- Print
- Network
- Active Directory
- Google Suite
- Onsite Video conference & AV Equipment
- etc. etc
Problem analysis & solution
Service Desk tickets (SOS)
Service Request- Implement & prepare workstations and mobile devices
- Installation of software through distributing tools.
Preventive analysis - How can tomorrow be even better?- Update and document changes
