A successful Associate Sales Representative (ASR) will be trained to discover, build, and drive new opportunities with our Cisco partners and collaborate with Cisco engineers to provide technical solutions. The Cisco Sales Associates Program offers a global environment that provides 12 months of on-the-job training that will prepare you for a successful sales career at Cisco. Gain hands-on education and experience with leading-edge technology, while receiving an attractive salary and accelerating your career aspirations. What you will do: For the first three months of the program, you'll undergo courses focusing on the latest technology advancements and how to effectively sell them to customers. Over the following nine months, you'll move into a quota-carrying sales role in the Global Virtual Sales organization, where you'll be mentored directly by Cisco sales professionals. Upon graduation from the Cisco Sales Associates Program, you'll be promoted into a Virtual Sales Account Manager role at Cisco where you will work within the Global Virtual Sales organization for one year to continue to grow your career. The Global Virtual Sales organization is focused on growing Cisco's midmarket share, driving sales productivity breakthrough and creating compelling business value for our partners. We do this through innovative made-for-midmarket solutions, sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives. As a VSE you’ll engage with our customers and partners as a trusted technology advisor. Graduate from a relevant technical degree such as; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Data Science or similar.  Fluent in English and Norwegian Hold the right to live and work in Norway. Willing to relocate for 12 months of training to Amsterdam. Relocation package to trainings hubs will be provided as required.  Willing to return to Norway unless otherwise required due to business needs. Knowledge and experience in software languages. KOMPETANSE- OG REKRUTTERINGSPROGRAMMET 2018 Hensikten med NCCs kompetanse- og rekrutteringsprogram, KR-programmet, er å gi deg som student innsikt i hvilke jobbmuligheter du har i NCC etter endt utdannelse og hvordan det er å jobbe hos oss. Som KR-student vil du få muligheten til å opparbeide deg verdifull kompetanse gjennom relevant arbeidserfaring. NCCs mål er å rekruttere dyktige ingeniører, sivilingeniører og mastergradstudenter til spennende prosjekter i årene fremover. KR-programmet er en invitasjon primært rettet mot ingeniør- (2.års) og sivilingeniørstudenter (3.års), og tilbyr sommerjobb og praksis i sommerferiene mens du studerer. I tillegg arrangeres det seminardager i løpet av studietiden mens du er tilknyttet programmet. På disse samlingene vil du få anledning til å utveksle erfaringer med de andre studentene som er med i KR-programmet, samt få faglig påfyll fra NCC. Som student i KR-programmet er det også mulighet til å skrive bachelor- eller masteroppgave i samarbeid med NCC, hvis dette er ønskelig. Vi har også faste kontorer i de fleste større byene i Norge.   Bygg Ved å jobbe innen vår byggvirksomhet, vil du være med på å bygge blant annet boliger, kontorbygg, kjøpesentre, skoler og sykehus. Du vil være tilknyttet et av våre mange distriktskontorer, og arbeide ute på et prosjekt i nærheten av dette.  Anlegg Ved å jobbe i anleggsvirksomheten vil du være med og bygge for eksempel veier, broer, kraftstasjoner, dammer og tunneler. Da reiser du dit prosjektet ligger og bor og arbeider der i prosjektperioden. På brakkeriggen blir det sørget for mat og rene rom. I anleggsvirksomheten arbeider man i hovedsak fire- eventuelt femdagers uke, men 12- 9-ordning kan også påregnes - det vil si at man jobber 12 dager og har 9 dager fri.   Spesialister Skanska ansetter også nyutdannede til flere av spesialistavdelingene som Survey og Teknikk. Skanska Survey er en spesialistenhet i Skanska Norge og en ledende leverandør av geomatikktjenester.
