You will face challenging tasks, assume professional responsibility, and benefit from our accompanying training concept.
During the Graduate Specialist Programs, you will spend time in relevant specialist departments both in Germany and abroad over a period of 24 months. You will decide on your individual placements together with your mentor. The decision will be based on your background, experience, as well as current projects and topics. Under the guidance of established colleagues, you will gather valuable experience and assume responsibility in various placements at a range of different locations. You will grow in your new tasks, meet people from diverse backgrounds, establish new contacts, and enjoy camaraderie and appreciation. Upon completion of the program, you will commence a challenging technical or project role at Bosch Rexroth.

Your qualities
You have completed, or will shortly complete, a technical, scientific, or legal diploma / master’s degree or a corresponding doctorate with above-average results. You should already have completed challenging internships in your chosen field for the program and must have a good command of the English language.
