Application networking, video, mobility, datacenter, security og Unified communications er bare noe av det Cisco driver med. Vi er overalt. I Kampala til Bangalore. Vi er der mennesker trenger å kommunisere.

Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) er et av de mest ettertraktede trainee-programmene innenfor IT-industrien og er spesielt utformet for å tiltrekke seg nyutdannede fra hele verden som ønsker å utvikle seg til framtidens ledere i Cisco.  Trainee-programmet tilbys innen to disipliner; Associate Sales Representative (ASR) og Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE). Vi leter etter deg med stort engasjement og potensial! Du har gjerne en utdannelse innen business, økonomi, markedsføring, IT, ingeniør - eller kommer fra en helt annen type bakgrunn. Det viktigste er at du har en lidenskap for teknologi. Begge rollene lar deg utvikle karrieren din raskt med skreddersydd opplæring og de nødvendige ressursene som kreves for å lykkes i et stort internasjonalt firma som Cisco. Som en Associate Sales Representative er du lidenskapelig opptatt av salg, har sterke personlige ferdigheter, er flink til å bygge nettverk, og liker å jobbe med innovativ teknologi. En ASR vil få opplæring i å håndtere, ta vare på og utvikle kundekontakter og lærer seg å samarbeide med våre ingeniører for å levere de beste tekniske løsningene. Associate Solutions Engineer er pre-sales rådgivende ingeniører som bruker sin tekniske ekspertise for å oversette kundenes behov til integrerte løsninger. En ASE vil få opplæring innen nettverksteknologi og vil kunne oppnå Cisco sine anerkjente sertifiseringer. Samtidig fokuseres det på å utvikle ferdigheter innen kundebehandling  og hvordan man best samarbeider med salgs-teamet for å levere tekniske løsninger til våre kunder. Vi ønsker at du har: har en Bachelor eller Mastergrad er uteksaminert fra et godkjent universitet/høyskole før oppstartsdato har et karaktersnitt på B eller høyere (eller tilsvarende) snakker flytende norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig har oppholds- og arbeidstillatelse i Norge (studentvisum eller dessverre ikke aktuelt for programmet) ASR rollen: Tidligere salgserfaring foretrekkes (inkludert internships, arbeidserfaring fra salg- og kundebehandling Høyere utdannelse innen økonomi, ledelse, salg, markedsføring, kommunikasjon, informasjonsteknologi eller finans ASE rollen: Erfaring fra teknisk støtte, pre-sales, installasjon eller salgserfaring fra teknologibransjen foretrekkes Høyere utdannelse innen elektronikk/data-/nettverks- og/eller informasjonsteknologi, matematikk eller fysikk Kunnskap om software språk som C, C++, C#, Java eller Python er ønskelig Internasjonalt program: År 1: De første 12 månedene følger du et internasjonalt program i Stockholm for de som kommer inn som Associate Sales Representatives og Amsterdam for Associate Systems Engineers. År 2: Det andre året jobber du som Virtual Sales Account Manager eller Virtual Systems Engineer. Dette året jobber du side om side  med våre salgsteam og stillingen blir henholdsvis i København og Oslo. Flytting til andre land vurderes ved behov. Vi kan tilby deg:Vi håper å ansette 14 sommer studenter til å jobbe i R&D teamet vårt på Lysaker sommeren 2018 hvor vi jobber med utvikling av video konferanse systemer og fremtidens samhandlingsteknologi. Vi har rundt 350 ingeniører i teamet som jobber med alt fra hardware, software, test, kamera, product management, design og user experience. Vi kan tilby deg relevant erfaring til dine studier hvor du får jobbe på et ekte prosjekt. Vi ønsker at du:• holder på med enten en Bachelor, Master eller Sivilingeniør grad innenfor Datateknikk, Informatikk, Kommunikasjonsteknologi, Kybernetikk/Robotikk, Elektronikk, Matematiske fag el• har en god akademisk bakgrunn og gode ferdigheter innenfor en ingeniør disiplin • har oppholds- og arbeidstillatelse i Norge til å jobbe om sommeren• 3. eller 4. års studenter fortrekkes, men vi oppfordrer alle til å søke• mulighet til å jobbe i sommerferien i minst 7 uker

Hvert år arrangerer våre fantastiske ingeniører i utviklingsavdelingen "Christmas Demo Day". I løpet av denne dagen vises forskjellige demonstrasjoner og produkter for alle ansatte her på Lysaker. Og vi etterpå koser vi oss med julemusikk, julelunsj og julelotteri til inntekt for Barnekreftforeningen.
