We want you to succeed, and in your path to success you will be given a career counsellor. This person will help you to specify career goals, navigate Accenture’s different career paths, explore opportunities and clarify roles and expectations. We also invest in your personal development and will offer a wide range of courses based on what kind of skill set in needed for your role, as well as making sure you are fully up to speed on the latest innovations.
Social
It is also important to celebrate hard work and have a good social environment at work. We offer a range of social activities, such as afterwork, Gathering@Level, team events and parties. You can also join wide variety of athletic and leisure time clubs, such as theater, climate/environment, parent club, football, golf, e-sport, scuba diving, skiing, bouldering, hiking and more.

When is it?
Our Graduates normally start in August, where we arrange a joint kick-off the first week. Are you not able to start in August? Do not worry! It is also possible to start during the year.
