We are going to strengthen our team and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist in ABB E-Mobility AS, you will be a part of a great team of professionals who are responsible for all activities in E-Mobility Norway related to charging infrastructure. Products deliveries are EV chargers for cars, buses and trucks. ABB E-Mobility is also exploring other segments.
This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your responsibilities
Order handling for Sales, Operation and Service team
Establish contact and well-functioning relationship with both internal/external customers
Support project managers in local procurement and logistics
Create and maintain masterdata in SAP for E-Mobility
Create and maintain customer and vendor lists in SAP
Support/overlap with warehouse / logistics activities
Maintain archive for all export/import related documents
Maintain/update SharePoint for Sales, Operation and Service
Be the expert/advisor on all SAP related issues on Sales orders, Service orders and Purchase orders
Support the development and implementation of improved processes
Your background
Technical knowledge/education, graduates are encouraged to apply
Deep knowledge and experience in SAP (SD / MM module is an advantage) and good computer literacy (MS Office)
Fluent in English and Norwegian
Attention to detail, an ability to prioritize, work within deadlines, handle multiple projects, and maintain objectives
Excellent coordination and teamworking skills
Uncompromised attitude regarding HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality)
Enthusiasm and flexibility
Ability to understand technical issues
Good communication skills, both with customers, colleagues and superiors
Proactive attitude, efficiency in completing tasks and willingness to undertake responsibility
Ability to work structured and systematically, both independent and as a part of a team
