The team supports a range of activities, managing and orchestrating all integrated, omni-channel communications activities globally, including media relations, corporate publishing, crisis communication, digital marketing, regional marcoms operations, leadership and internal communications . No day is the same and team members are experts at juggling manifold deliverables to tight deadlines while maintaining a high-quality output geared towards defined outcomes.The (Senior) Employee Communications Manager role supports the wider team by innovating and developing employee engagement campaigns, maintaining the internal news feed, managing the Maritime intranet and Viva Engage channels, and creating a line of sight between high-level strategic ambitions and the employees’ individual actions and goals.This role will either be based in DNV’s Oslo or Hamburg office. The successful applicant will work hand-in-glove with colleagues in the global Communications and Marketing team and a community of communications experts in the Maritime regions, reporting into the Communications and Marketing Director.Your responsibilitiesDrive and actively shape the strategic and operational internal communications for DNV MaritimeDevelop the annual employee communications plan for DNV Maritime in alignment with the wider communications team and key business stakeholdersEnsure a consistent global employee communication approach as well as KPI setting & evaluation/reporting for internal communication activitiesCreate and implement compelling global internal communications campaignsDrive creative storytelling, text editing and video production for all internal channels and platforms (intranet, Viva Engage, events etc.)Work closely across the Maritime business area and with external providers to develop persuasive content (presentations, print materials, videos, imagery, podcasts etc.) for internal projects and campaignsPro-actively build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, for example: the regions, technical experts, HR, DNV GroupAct as professional advisor to the business, reaching out pro-actively to business managers, experts and consultantsManage external agencies and service providers for various communications servicesOrganize and execute internal eventsWe offer• Be part of a world-leading company that has a global reach with more than 12,000 employees around to world and is headquartered in Norway• A strong company culture with an emphasis on competence development• Great colleagues who value teamwork and support• International working environment• Flexible working hours and focus on work/life balanceQualifications:• Several years of professional experience in managing internal communications in an international corporate setting• Very high proficiency in English orally and in writing• Ability to provide advice to the business in a professional manner• Ability to work in and be sensitive to a multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities and working across borders• Confident in managing upwards and working with senior stakeholders• Excellent organizational awareness and time management skills: Thinker and do-er, pro-active.nterested?
