Do you want to take lead on safe transformation of shipping?We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and enthusiastic Head of Section, Safety Risk and Reliability in DNV Maritime Advisory to support our customers through the safe transformation of decarbonization and digitalization in shipping.The section works closely with maritime clients to provide them with the foundation to make risk-based decisions on operational and technical issues. Our client base ranges from large entities such as IMO, EMSA, flag states, navies etc. to international ship owners, shipyards, and operators, as well as smaller voluntary organizations.As Head of Section, you will be part of a highly experienced management team and report to Head of Department Safety Advisory in Maritime Advisory. Successful connection and collaboration with maritime regions and advisory hubs, service lines and business development leaders are essential to ramp up our full capabilities within safety advisory towards our customers globally.You will be challenged in all aspects of consultancy from customer relations, sales and project portfolio management to HR and finance. Our engagements vary greatly, and we take pride in understanding and dealing with emerging challenges in the maritime industry. You will contribute to idea generation, innovation and service development. We emphasize the importance of close interaction with our customers. We believe that a detailed understanding of the problem ensures good solutions.
