The Job
Overall responsibility for the Barception team.
Keep guests and colleagues happy.
Administrative work such as schedules, billing, sales and at all times knowing who our guests and customer are.
Hands on work such as checking guests in and out, greeting customers and showing them around at the hotel.
Keeping the lobby and Barception first impression friendly at all times.
Portray and promote focus on an efficient operation.
Motivating your colleagues.
Lead by example.
Part of the management team at the hotel.
Full time.
The Talent
Experience from hotel and front desk is a big bonus.
Basic bar/F&B skills.
IT and tech savy.
You have an eye for details
You must be energetic, have courage and be enthusiastic.
You are flexible, do not easily stress, professional and have a personal attitude towards colleagues and guests.
You are a great team player.
You love to have fun, at work and outside the work space.
You are fluent in writing and communicating in both Norwegian and English.
