Backed by reputable investors, ZTL Payment Solution AS is a Payment-as-a-Service (PaaS) FinTech start-up that will launch a payment solution challenging the banks domain on international payments and remittances. Making it easier and more cost efficient for companies of all sizes to make international payments

We are now looking for a strong and proven technology leader to join our team as Chief Technical Officer.

You will:

Develop integration solutions to ERP providers, banks and other FinTechs.

You will be experienced in working with scaling and security challenges, high speed DevOps teams, and system integration solutions.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive architecture for third party integration, and manage the development organization and the technical product development projects, technical operations and vendor relationships.

As such, you will have proven track record for building and managing complex technical solutions, knows how to utilize new and emerging technologies and thrives in the intersection between business and IT.

As a CTO, you will manage projects across national borders and you will have the ability to prioritize both resources and finances.

You are good at identifying business needs and you speak well with people from all nationalities, and at all levels of the organization.
