Do you want to support our Supply Chain department in planning, control and analysis of all Supply Chain activities for Canal Digital AS?
We are an ambitious team who is actively looking at how we can improve ourselves and the value chain in response to the changing dynamics of the logistics industry ? be it in terms of our digital engagement or technological innovation ? to meet the demands of the modern supply chains customers. To further strengthen our team, we are seeking a Nordic Supply Chain Controller to take responsibility for the value chain from supplier to 3PL, act as key contact for all suppliers and participate in optimization of the end-to-end value chain.
This role is a great opportunity to play a central part in how Supply Chain is managed in a highly exciting industry undergoing tremendous change ? as part of an experienced team at the leading Nordic TV operator.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Manage relevant Supply Chain improvement projects, both internal and external
- Plan and place orders at our suppliers based on forecast, and follow up the inbound value chain to ensure timely deliveries and cost effective solutions
- Ensure that the department has relevant reports to monitor the operation and perform analyses to optimize the value chain
- Ensure that the department has an overview of all costs associated with supply chain activities and ensure invoices are according to contracts
- Monitor the development of all relevant KPI´s for the supply chain in order to report any discrepancies and propose corrective action when needed
- Support our internal and external customers
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master?s Degree in Business/Economy/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Experience from controlling, business analysis or similar types of roles
- Experience with value chain optimization
- Business understanding with a strong commercial awareness
- Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point
- Excellent English skills, both oral and writing
