WorkShop is now looking for a Canon Experience Manager. We are looking for someone who is highly driven by sales goals, who has a passion for great customer experience and who loves Canon!
As a Canon Experience Manager your mission is to train and inspire retail store staff. With solid product knowledge and great enthusiasm, you will coach the retail store staff in how to increase sales and make sure they have in-depth knowledge of Canon's products -- all this in order to provide an outstanding in-store experience and customer service. You will be responsible for setting store goals and plans as well as executing them accordingly. Another important part of your role is to establish strong relations with store managers, department managers and store staff. You will also represent Canon at fairs, events, and trainings. As a Canon Experience Manager at WorkShop you will be a part of a team that consists of team members working in different areas in the Nordic countries.
Who are you
You have a passion for photo and a burning interest to share your knowledge. You have great business skills and you are creative in finding new ways to generate results. You are charismatic and probably considered to be a social genius!
In order to succeed in this position, you need to meet the following criteria:
- At least 1 year experience of retail
- A passion for imagery and tech
- Great social skills
- Driven and inspiring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Driver´s license
