CFO for Northern Drilling & Northern Ocean Northern Drilling Management Norway

Northern Drilling Management Norway AS is the management company for Northern Drilling Ltd (NODL) and Northern Ocean Ltd (NOL), which own and operate some of the most sophisticated high spec, premium drilling units in the harsh environment and ultra deepwater markets. Both NODL and NOL are listed on the main board of Oslo Stock Exchange. We are now looking to strengthen the team with an ambitious, hard working candidate that will act as CFO of both NODL and NOL. You will based in Oslo and be part of a small team that spans Oslo, London & Houston which offers a very exciting working environment in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities

· assist in investor relations and external market communications

· valuation and investment analysis and understanding of financial models

· develop and prepare presentation material to the board

· review and assist in management and quarterly accounts

· responsible for treasury function

Desired Background and Qualifications

· excellent academic results from a leading institution, preferably a Master degree

· 5-10 years of relevant experience from investment banking, consultancy, audit or other related position

· experience from contract drilling or O&G services is an advantage, but not a requirement

· solid commercial experience and practical strategic analysis

· experience in cash flow modelling and treasury, ability to utilize Microsoft Office skills, especially within Excel and PowerPoint

· fluency in English both written and oral
