Talormade is opening the doors for a full time kitchen manager to be in charge of our doughnut production in Maridalsveien, Oslo. We do not require you to be located in Norway, but dedicated to moving here long term. For the right candidate we will be happy to assist in your relocation as long as your visa situation allows it.
We need someone to step into our production kitchen and steer our fantastic team to greater heights. You will be required to work closely with Talor on product development for doughnuts and other delicious things, in addition to making our products, managing staff and taking charge.
You need:
Pastry, bakery or chefs education or industry experience equivalent
Leadership experience (2 years minimum)
Skill and interest in organisation and systems
Joy in maintaining and improving quality
A good palate
To find pleasure in monotony and creating consistency
To not mind getting your hands dirty
To be an excellent communicator
To thrive in a team environment and enjoy working collaboratively
Confidence in communicating in English (strong Norwegian is a bonus)
Strong knowledge of good food safety routines
Interest in building a long term career with us at Talormade
