Are you a procurement support professional with experience of procurement, frameworks, and contracts? We have the opportunity for you to join our team in Vietnam as a Purchasing Coordinator, reporting to the Procurement Manager.
Duties and responsibilities
Overall responsibility for project procurement
Sourcing of new suppliers, negotiation and establishment of agreements
Purchasing support for sale
Ongoing evaluation of existing and new suppliers
Evaluate, select and follow up of suppliers
Work with continuous improvements of purchasing functions
Daily contact with internal and external suppliers
Collaborate with other departments and others in interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Educated to degree level and/or applicable experience from a similar role
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Experience
Understanding of Procurement functions and process
Technical and commercial competence
Excellent written and oral communication
Personal qualities
A confident communicator at all levels
Team player with the ability to work independently in an effective manner
Organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Technologically competent
