On the Disney Cultural Representative Program, you will represent Norway on a once-in-a-lifetime work experience! Participants will have the opportunity to share the unique culture and customs of their country with guests in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot. This spring, you can be part of the much anticipated re-opening of the Norway attraction.

Participants make connections with people from across the globe and are able to work directly with Disney leaders, be immersed in the English language, and learn about different cultures as you share your own.
Housing is offered.
Every day, you'll have the experience of living and working with cast members from all over the world. In our Disney-sponsored housing complexes you'll enjoy amenities like fitness centers, transportation systems, swimming pools and computer labs. You can also participate in events and scheduled activities throughout your program. During your time off, you will have the opportunity to visit Disney theme parks (for free!) and explore everything that the U.S. has to offer.
Basic Qualifications
To be eligible to apply for the Norway Cultural Representative Program, you MUST:
- Speak English fluently.
- Be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Be able to authentically represent Norway.
- You must be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays and overtime.

Pay Rate: Cast members will earn an hourly rate of pay starting at $9.50 per hour depending on the role they are selected to perform.
