Katapult Ocean is looking for a commercial, experienced and impact driven investment professional with passion for the ocean, impact investments and innovation.

Katapult Ocean is a leading impact tech accelerator globally investing in profitable ocean tech companies that have a positive impact on the ocean. We support early stage companies from all over the world through a three-month accelerator program. We have a pipeline of more than 1,500 ocean tech startups, and our portfolio companies are within the domains: clean energy, sustainable harvesting, transportation and maritime, ocean health and frontier tech.

Our broad network consists of more than 100 mentors globally, international partners and investors. Our fund investors are Norwegian pension funds, family offices, corporate ventures, wealth managers and other professional impact investors.

The ideal candidate has a passion for sustainable investments, innovation, company building and ocean-technologies. You thrive in collaborating with a nimble investment team, contributing at all parts of our business. You enjoy a high degree of interaction with other investors, market experts and our fund investors. We expect a strong communication skillset in English and high computer skills. The right candidate is passionate about making things happen and can identify yourself with Katapult Ocean’s mission. We require a higher education with strong academic results. Early-stage company experience, relevant international investment experience and/or industry experience is preferred. The related track record is expected to be successful.
