Position
In order to be able to take part of our recruitment process, we expect you to have experience within the service sector, as well as experience from managing a team. It is not necessary to have experience from retail; we believe that if you have the potential we can develop your skills within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
As Store Manager you have the overall responsibility of the store, and these are the main areas:
-PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: coordination of daily activities, make decisions regarding the products in order to reach the sales objectives set, budgeting, results performance and follow-up, making orders, deliveries, attending to alternations, carrying out the inventory for the women section and follow up the rest of the sections.
-IMAGE: visual merchandising, maximize the profitability by ideal use of sales space, assuring the correct image of the shop.
-STAFF MANAGEMENT: lead and develop the team, recruitment, training and motivation, scheduling, holiday planning, etc.
-CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensuring that all customers ¿ when they leave the store ¿ have had their expectations met.
Are you the talent we are looking for?
If so, we assume that you are interested in fashion and it is meritorious if you have an education with ties to the area, or education within management. As a person you are driven, resourceful and thrive at working in a fast pace. You should be flexible and used to make quick decisions, and you are very able to motivate your employees to good results. The position requires that you are fluent in speaking Norwegian and English.
