To succeed with that, we are seeking a passionate Product Lead to head up one of our key product development teams.
Dignio Prevent is a new breed of healthcare software targeted to connect chronically ill patients with clinicians. The product lead will have an important role in shaping how our future products will meet the needs of the users and result in better health outcome. You will be working closely with colleagues like the product owner, clinicians and customers.
We are really proud of our solution today, but our new Product Lead will be instrumental in taking our products MyDignio and Dignio Prevent to the next level. We are looking for a visionary, energised, passionate, positive, and people-focused person to direct product development and coach an awesome team of designers and developers.

The products you'll work with
Our software, Dignio Prevent, is developed in collaboration with patients and clinicians in order to guarantee a safe connected care package with superb quality. The software integrates a wide variety of patient devices that will support home-based care and treatment, such as medical measurements, questionnaires, medication and rehabilitation.
The platform connects patients directly with health professionals, through the patient-app MyDignio, for early detection and intervention. Through the app patients have access to their own data and a direct line of written communication with healthcare professionals. MyDignio is simple and intuitive designed for patients with no digital skills. The system is mobile and cloud-based, giving the patients a large degree of independence in their everyday life.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement products that will make a difference in next generation healthcare
Collect and analyse feedback from users, stakeholders and other teams to shape the products
Lead a cross-functional team, but be hands-on as well (design or development)
Ensure products and releases are launched with quality and without undue delay
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Who you are
Proven experience as a Product Lead or similar role
Experience from modern product development processes and agile frameworks
Either background from UX or Service Design with good understanding of software development, or
background from technology, but with excellent understanding of design driven product development
Excellent communication skills
You are a great listener and a firm believer in achieving results by helping others perform at their absolute best.
You have the ability to develop team members' capabilities in support of individual career goals and team objectives.
