TTS Syncrolift is the market leader with products and services to shipyards worldwide. We operate locally in our main markets with company headquarter in Norway.
Our ambition going forward, is to grow our After Sales & Service business. We are strategically located with local hubs in our important markets.
After Sales & Service main products are Maintenance, Spares and Upgrades.
We are looking for a candidate which has a proven track record of creating growth in an After Sales & Service organization.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Develop our After Sales & Service entities in Norway, USA, Singapore and Dubai.
Grow the Service & After Sales business
Provide strategic leadership as well as day to day operational guidance
Participate in Sales
Improve our Supplier base.
Qualifications
Proven results from management of service/after sales business areas are valued
Hands-on experience from Sales
Professional international experience
Experience with management and development of remote offices
Excellent English skills, both oral and written
Engineer with MSc or BSc degree or other relevant education
Personal abilities
Strong leadership skills
Commercial abilities
Good general understanding of, and interest in relevant technology
Excellent communication, writing, listening and presentation skills
Capability and willingness to travel when required
Proficiency in MS Office applications
