Research Scientist or Process Engineer - Process Chemistry and Functional Materials
We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our research group. Your areas of responsibility as a member of our Process Chemistry and Functional Materials group will be to develop and apply the next generation of solutions for the Norwegian and global process industry. We anticipate that, as part of a well-functioning team, you will contribute towards the initiation, implementation, and management of a series of innovative and strategic contract research projects. Our expectations are that your work will be of high quality and that you will make a valuable contribution to the effective performance of our team. The new position will be allocated specific responsibility for the group's activities linked to the design and development of test systems in the fields of catalysis and separation. A special field of interest will be parallel processing/parallel chemistry, and previous experience in this field will be an advantage, although it is not a requirement.
Qualifications:
? A Ph.D., Master's degree, or equivalent research competence in chemical engineering
? Experience in process design and process development
? An awareness of industrial applications such as in the chemical process industry
and/or the oil and gas industry
? Experience in the preparation of project applications and project management
? The ability to communicate and produce high-quality written reports in English
? The candidate must be client- and business-oriented, with the drive and capacity
to deliver results and meet client expectations

Kvalifikasjoner:
? PhD, Master eller tilsvarende forskerkompetanse innen kjemiteknikk
? Erfaring med prosessdesign og utvikling
? Industriell bransjeforståelse, eksempelvis innenfor kjemisk prosessindustri
og/eller olje- og gassindustri.
? Utarbeidelse av prosjektsøknader og prosjektledelse
? Evnen til god skriftlig rapportering og kommunikasjon på engelsk
? Kandidaten må være kunde- og forretningsorientert, og ha energi og kapasitet til
å levere resultater og møte kundeforventninger
