JOB PURPOSE:
Develop the markets in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland by identifying, qualifying and motivating relevant key partners within the charter and individual cruise passenger segments (incentive houses, key luxury travel agencies and cruise specialists as well as “ambassador” representatives) and generating direct charter/group sales with relevant companies, organizations and associations established in the territory. We offer a professional workplace with highly skilled and experienced colleagues from the cruising/yachting industry.
The position is based at our Norwegian office in Billingstad and will require a certain amount of travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the markets in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland within sale towards the travel- and MICE industry.
• Develop top performance Agencies through joint activities as customer events, marketing activities, partnerships and other relevant sales driven activities.
• Motivating and coaching Agents / Partners and other distribution channels.
• Develop the MICE market in the region.
• Plan and implement sales activities.
• Responsible for Sales and Budget for the market in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Higher relevant education.
• A strong background from the Travel Industry.
• Minimum 4 - 8 years of sales experience.
• Experience with selling to corporate decision makers.
• Solid Communications skills.
