Are you passionate about how digital is transforming the customer experience of today?Do you love to inspiring others through storytelling and are you happy presenting to 100s of people virtually?This exciting, innovative and fast paced role will work our Partners and also with Cisco partner and customer facing teams - all with the goal to drive strategic growth and customer experience as it relates to digital.Understanding the fundamental drivers of the business, customers, partners, and competitors is key and your insight will be essential to making smart decisions in the pursuit of outstanding customer experience.What you’ll do:
- Lead the digital transformation narrative across our partner facing employees and our partner ecosystem
- Drive our partners to transform their business models to truly improve the customer experience through Cisco's award winning digital Partner Program: Lifecycle Advantage
- Lead new digital initiatives and business opportunities
- Be the eyes and ears on the ground to listen to our partners, our Cisco colleagues and drive future improvements to Cisco digital strategy!
- Manage partner digital performance and drive partner optimisation and growth
Who you’ll Work With
You will build long-term relationships with Cisco colleagues from across the entire organisation, and you will work closely with our external partner colleagues crossing Services, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations - to name a few!We are seeking high energy and qualified candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience with and comfortable in speaking at Sr. Leadership levels both in person and virtually
- Minimum of 3 years channel experience and/or minimum 5 years in enterprise sales experience
- Knowledge of Cisco's channel partner model and be familiar with Cisco's products and services
- Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be proficient in 1 or 2 of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
- Passionate about Customer Experience
