The Embassy of Algeria is seeking to recruit a full-time Secretary.
Duties:
The position covers a variety of tasks and duties in different areas of the Embassy's work. Among the duties and tasks are: Handling incoming emails and responding to general inquiries, assisting in general administrative duties, providing secretarial support and performing additional relevant office duties as directed.

Education, knowledge & skills:
· University degree
· Excellent command of French and English
· Passive knowledge of Norwegian
· Competent in computers
· Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility
Salary:
To be agreed during the interview.
Non-EEA nationals who are resident in Norway are required to be in possession of a permanent residence permit to be considered for the position.
