We are Dribblr, and we are currently building LinkedIn for the football industry delivered as a mobile application. It's a brand new social network and business platform with potential to revolutionize the entire football industry. We now need a savvy, hands-on, or aspiring CTO to help us build, lead and develop an inhouse technology team. The position will be a part of the company management team and report directly to the CEO.

Your Challenges:
We need you to take full ownership and develop a technical strategy plan for Dribblr that will take us into the future. You will be a key asset in the company and help us connect business strategy with plans for development, and see to it that plans are carried out and targets met.
Technical challenges:
This position expects you to be able to supervise or lead a technical team in delivering value to our customers. Ideally, you possess broad technical knowledge and hands-on experience from software development practice. In the early beginnings, you will be expected to contribute hands-on technically in the software development process.

A successful candidate might have:
- Postgrad technical background
- A keen interest in social media platforms and sports in general
- No problems with English being primary working language
- Minimum 5 years as a developer
- No prior experience as CTO - but we do think it is an advantage with experience as team lead, along with a proven track record.
- A strong interest in building complementary teams, lead, inspire and motivate your teammates to pull in the same direction.
- Ability to see the big picture and able to bridge the gap between business and development.
- Ability to fulfill the role as technical advisory to the CEO and board.
- Solid understanding of modern development and cloud technologies.
- Able to communicate complex tech-related concepts to non-technicals
