Shipbroker Trainee 2024
As our growth strategy continues, we are looking for Trainees to join our Shipbroker Trainee Program. Through this 12 month program we will provide you with the training needed to embark on a career as a shipbroker, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across our 3 core sectors, as well as Operations
and Projects. The Trainees will work together in a competitive and fun social environment, where you will receive training from experienced professionals
from day one. The structure of the program will give you the hands-on and theoretical knowledge you need to succeed as a broker, the rest is up to you.
Shipbroking can be highly rewarding, but is a demanding, result-oriented profession. The global and ever-changing nature of shipping implies unconventional working hours in a dynamic working environment. Becoming successful in this field takes time, and requires an exceptional work ethic, dedication and drive. Potential candidates should be highly motivated and prepared to commit to the program in order to succeed.
