We have established a well developed research function with 4 Researcher in Oslo. Our business is growing and we are now looking at strengthening our research function with one more Researcher, based in Stavanger.
As a Research Associate, you will work closely with our 7 partners and our clients, and you will be responsible for performing the research and supporting the development of new business.
The successful candidate is articulate, well-read and capable of cultivating an ecosystem of great talent and great clients and has the ability to work methodically.

Retained search is a form of management consulting that involves intensive research and analysis. Your typical responsibilities include the following:
- Client meetings
- Developing search strategies
- Writing job descriptions and develop the "selling story"
- Conducting candidate research
- Client reports
- Managing clients and candidates
- Managing the interview process
- Taking up references
- Be part of the closing process
- Identifying clients through business development
- Promoting our services to potential clients
We're interested in hearing from applicants who possesses a sense of urgency, are result driven, and who are motivated by achieving results for our clients.
Preferred profile;
- University degree
- Preferably at least 3-5 years experience from research, sales, or marketing
- Passion for business, technology & media
- Skills in database management (we use FileFinder as a tool)
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and structured
